Chad Ondrasek

Chad Ondrasek is an experienced construction and operations professional with a strong background in project management and area management. Currently serving as an Area Manager at Partners in Building since October 2015, Chad previously held multiple roles at Homes By David Powers, including Project Manager and Area Construction Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing Build on Your Land projects in the greater Houston area. Prior experience includes management positions at Knight Transportation and ProBuild Holdings, demonstrating expertise in operations and customer relations. Chad earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Sam Houston State University in 2008.
