Jessica Girard

Jessica Girard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in outreach, engagement, and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Outreach and Engagement at both PICS and Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota since January 2023, Jessica previously held various roles including Family Advocacy and Outreach Manager and Program Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Accountant for the City of Chanhassen and various positions at MVTV Wireless spanning operations, customer support, and HR. Additionally, Jessica has significant experience from the State of Minnesota as a Senior Court Clerk and U.S. Bank as a Bankruptcy Specialist and Collections Analyst. Jessica holds a degree from Northwest Technical College obtained between 2019 and 2021.
