Kris Schulze

Kris Schulze is a highly experienced User Experience Program Manager at Minnesota IT Services, where a significant achievement includes launching the Experience IT program for 40,000 State of Minnesota Executive Branch employees and leading user experience efforts for Microsoft 365 technologies. Prior to this role, Kris served as an Innovation Analyst, building IT-to-business relationships and organizing the creation of an Innovation Center at the 2015 Government IT Symposium. Additionally, Kris is a Care Director at Partners in Community Supports, focusing on assistive technology and Medicaid Waiver budget management. Previous experience includes serving as the Tech Connections Initiative Manager at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, implementing innovative communication technologies, and co-founding the non-profit organization Parents of Infants and Children with Kernicterus, which raised awareness on newborn jaundice. Kris holds a BA in History, Math, and German from Macalester College, an Associate's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business, and various other educational credentials.
