Youa Lee

Youa Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and program management within the community support sector. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance and Systems and previously as a Senior Program Manager at Partners in Community Supports since October 2013, Youa provides vital support to families regarding program policies, manages client participation and budgets, and collaborates with various case managers to ensure seamless service delivery. Prior experience includes an internship at Second Harvest Heartland, where Youa advocated for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and a leadership role as Lead Career Assistant at St. Catherine University, focusing on career support for students and alumni. Youa's career began as a Sales Associate at Charlotte Russe and an Office Assistant at Little Earth Community Partnership. Youa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a focus on Health Education from St. Catherine University.
