Marcus Nicolls

Marcus Nicolls has a diverse work history spanning several industries. Marcus is currently the Managing Director at CULTURE PARTNERS, where they lead a team in helping clients leverage Culture Management skills for superior business results. Prior to this role, Marcus served as the Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Partner at the same company, where they helped executives create accountability for results and achieve desired shifts in thinking and action.

Earlier in their career, Marcus worked as a Client Partner at FranklinCovey Co., securing and managing large client relationships. Marcus also worked as a Sales Manager at Ascent Technologies Group, selling orthotic devices and leading sales efforts for a national launch. Marcus has experience in the hospitality industry as an Executive Meeting Manager at Marriott Hotels.

Marcus's work experience also includes roles at the Missionary Training Center, where they served as a Foreign Language Trainer and Physical Fitness Instructor, teaching Cantonese and Chinese culture. Marcus also served as a Missionary in Hong Kong for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they managed service activities for volunteers.

At the beginning of their career, Marcus worked as unskilled labor for Youth Developmental Enterprises, planting pineapple crowns by hand.

Marcus Nicolls attended UC San Diego from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Master of International Affairs (MIA) degree with a focus on Business Management - Pacific Rim. Prior to that, they attended Brigham Young University from 1979 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations. In addition to their formal education, Marcus Nicolls has also completed certifications in Accountability Training and Culture Change, offered by Partners In Leadership, LLC and Partners In Leadership, Inc. respectively.
