Mo’s expertise spans across the globe, having led large transformation projects across regions, with his expertise in the oil and gas, mining, energy and manufacturing industries. An engagement that highlights Mo’s versatility, global reach and expertise saw him lead a sourcing and supply chain improvement program for a chemicals company with $1bn of addressable spend across Australia, North America, South America and South East Asia, where he delivered $160m of fully validated savings across chemicals, raw materials, plastics, MRO, Corporate services. His broad experience also spans across healthcare, agriculture, manufacturing and logistics.
