Lauren Phillips

Lauren Phillips has a diverse range of work experience, primarily focused on digital asset management and conservation. Lauren currently works as a Digital Asset Manager at Partners + Napier, where they serve as the Constellation Brands Digital Asset Manager for the Global Brand Center. In this role, they are responsible for managing digital assets, creating documentation and training guides, and providing support for the creative and IT teams. Lauren also has experience in digitally preserving and organizing archival materials, having worked as a Digital Conservation Technician at The Strong and the Central New York Library Resources Council. Additionally, they have interned at various organizations, including the George Eastman Museum, Rochester Regional Library Council, Visual Studies Workshop, and the Office of the City Historian, gaining valuable experience in archival work. Prior to their current positions, they worked as a Floral Designer at Wegmans Food Markets and as an Assistant Manager at Vintage Stock. Lauren Phillips completed their Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) degree with a specialization in Archives/Archival Administration from Syracuse University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Anthropology from SUNY Brockport, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Lauren attended Tulsa Community College from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in History. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a certification in Digital Archives Specialist (DAS) from the Society of American Archivists in May 2019.
