Joann Flett

JoAnn Flett, PhD has a diverse work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. JoAnn is currently serving as the Executive Director at the Center for Faithful Business at Seattle Pacific University, where they focus on awakening the prophetic imagination of business professionals. Prior to this, JoAnn worked as the Managing Director at Partners Worldwide, providing strategic guidance and consulting services. JoAnn also served as an Organizational Consultant at the same organization. In their earlier career, JoAnn was the Program Director for MBA Social Impact at Eastern University. JoAnn'swork experience spans over a period of several years and showcases their expertise in business, leadership, and social impact initiatives.

JoAnn Flett, PhD, has a diverse educational background. JoAnn earned their Bachelor of Biblical Studies from Praire College in Three Hills, AB Canada in 1989. Later, in 2006, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Eastern University. JoAnn continued their education at Eastern University, completing their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Leadership in 2019. Through their educational journey, JoAnn has developed a strong foundation in both biblical studies and business administration, along with an expertise in organizational leadership.
