Jordan Jones

Jordan Jones is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Service Desk Specialist at Partnership Employment since January 2023. Previously, Jordan worked as a Service Desk Analyst at TEKsystems, providing support for various applications and hardware. Jordan has also held the position of System Administrator at Apex Analytics Group Inc., where responsibilities included Tier II IT support for a United States Army contract. Additional experience includes working as an IT Support Specialist at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, focusing on cybersecurity and risk management, as well as roles in the US Army, where Jordan served as a Team Lead and Operations Supervisor.
