Debra Shannon

Debra Shannon is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for the Partnership to End Addiction since May 2022. Prior to this role, Debra was a Partner at Trimboli & Prusinowski L.L.C. from January 2019 to May 2022, advising non-profit organizations and public sector entities on operational and contractual risk, as well as employment matters. Debra also held the position of General Counsel at Integrity House from 2017 to 2018, providing counsel to the President and Board of Trustees on compliance and operational risks. Additionally, Debra was General Counsel and Executive Vice President at Community Education Centers from 2005 to 2016, acting as the primary legal advisor for the CEO and Board of Directors. Earlier in the career, Debra served as Senior Associate at Genova Burns LLC, offering outside general and labor counsel to local Boards of Education and government agencies. Debra holds a law degree from St. John's University School of Law.
