Natazha Howard

Natazha Howard has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a waitress at Mountain Edge Cafe. In 2014 and 2015, they worked as a teaching intern at Douglas Gardens Elementary School and Lane School, respectively. Natazha then took on roles in caregiving and support services at various organizations, such as Oregon Supported Living Program, Rise Services Inc., and Bonaventure Senior Living. In 2015, they also served as a Special Education Teacher Intern at Santiam Canyon School District. Natazha'smost recent position was as the Area Director of Individualized Services and Operations at Partnerships in Community Living, Inc., where they oversaw staff training, care coordination, and leadership meetings.

Natazha Howard attended Chemeketa Community College from 2010-2012. Natazha then transferred to the University of Oregon where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Human Services in 2015. Natazha also holds a certification in CPR/First Aid from the Oregon Health Authority Human Resources.
