Lawrence Sheh

Lawrence Sheh is a partner at Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, with a business law practice focusing on serving as outside corporate counsel for various emerging and established companies across industries such as technology, clean energy, medical devices, and real estate. Since March 2016, Lawrence has provided comprehensive business advice, including business organization, mergers and acquisitions, financing, employment matters, and exit strategies. Prior to this role, Lawrence served as a senior associate at Innovative Business Law Group, PC, from 1998 to 2016, specializing in corporate transactional work for middle market businesses. Lawrence holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California.
