Josh Catt

Josh Catt is an experienced IT professional with a background in systems administration and technical analysis. Currently serving as a Windows Administrator at Parts Canada since May 2019, Josh manages incoming help requests, documents issues, and prioritizes problems for resolution. Previously, as a Technical Analyst at Tenzing Managed IT Services from July 2010 to September 2012, Josh provided timely support to clients, managed incidents, performed diagnostics, and contributed to documentation. Josh holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology Computer Systems from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 2007 and 2009.
