Rohit Kumar

Rohit Kumar has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Rohit is currently working as a Software Engineer II at PartsAvatar.ca since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at GE Digital as a Software Engineer from April 2021 to August 2021, and as a Software Engineering Specialist from July 2019 to March 2021.

Before joining GE Digital, Rohit was involved in Spring Fest, where they held multiple roles including Steering Committee Member from April 2017 to April 2019, Head of the Tech Team from April 2016 to April 2017, and Sub Head of the Tech (Web) Team from August 2015 to March 2016.

Rohit also gained experience as a Digital Technology Intern at GE Digital from April 2018 to July 2018, and as a Full Stack Developer at Haptik in May 2017.

Furthermore, Rohit worked as a Full Stack Intern at ClassHopr in 2016. During their time there, they developed APIs in Python using the Tastypie-Django framework for Android, iOS apps, and the website. Rohit also contributed to frontend and backend development of the website using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Django framework. Additionally, they integrated Citrus and Braintree payment gateways into the website.

Rohit Kumar pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from 2014 to 2019 at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2014, they attended St. Pauls Secondary School. The degree attained and the field of study followed during their time at St. Pauls Secondary School are not specified.
