Dan Lamadrid

Dan Lamadrid has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Dan currently works as the EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Party City since December 2023. Before that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at FASHIONPHILE from September 2021 to December 2023. Dan also held various positions at Ascena Retail Group, Inc., including EVP and Chief Financial Officer from 2019 to 2021, and SVP of Finance & CAO from 2017 to 2019. Dan was a Board Member at maurices from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Dan worked at The Vitamin Shoppe as the SVP and Chief Accounting Officer from 2015 to 2017 and as the VP - Controller from 2011 to 2015. Dan also has experience at Ralph Lauren as VP - Controller and Assistant Controller from 2008 to 2011, Hartz Mountain Corp. as a Controller from 2005 to 2008, Toys R Us as a Finance Director and Director of Planning & Analysis from 2000 to 2005, and GPB CPAs as a Manager from 1995 to 2000.

Dan Lamadrid has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business. Dan also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Iona University. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants and as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from AICPA.
