David Smedley possesses extensive experience in the restaurant and catering industry, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill since July 2024. In addition, David has been with Party Fowl since December 2019, holding the role of Director of Catering and Events, which includes responsibilities as the Assistant General Manager in Donelson, Tennessee. Previous roles include community engagement and catering at Red Robin and Operations Manager at Dave & Buster's Inc. from May to July 2024. David also served as Service Manager at Logan's Roadhouse from July 2013 to June 2018, where the location ultimately closed. David graduated from Hesperia High School.
