Joshua Brock

Joshua Brock is an experienced professional with a diverse background in agriculture, technical writing, and data technology. As the Farmer-Owner of Hoffman Appalachian Farm since 2014, Joshua operates a Certified Naturally Grown hops farm, significantly expanding the hop yard. In 2021, Joshua took on dual roles at //SEIBERT/MEDIA as a US Representative and Contract Technical Writer, producing influential blog articles on SaaS products. In 2023, Joshua became a Research Data Technology Specialist at Pasa Sustainable Agriculture, focusing on farm-based research projects and data management. Joshua's technical expertise includes WordPress and database development at DigitalWires Inc. since 2012. Additionally, Joshua serves as Managing Director of Commonwealth Hops, promoting the use of local hops in Pennsylvania’s craft beer industry, and has held various roles including Technical Account Manager at AccuWeather and Director of Operations at Penns Valley Conservation Association. Joshua holds a BS in Business Computer Systems Analysis from Saint Vincent College and completed Wilderness First Aid training through NOLS.
