James Chang

James Chang is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Pasadena Federal Credit Union. Prior to this role, James held executive positions at Pasadena Service Federal Credit Union, Verity Credit Union, and Southland Credit Union. James graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
