Ben Pape

Ben Pape serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Pasadena Independent School District since August 2022, previously holding the position of Assistant Superintendent of Finance and CFO at Needville ISD from December 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, Ben Pape was the Senior Director of Business Services at Galena Park ISD, where responsibilities included managing purchasing and accounts payable operations, as well as financial reporting in compliance with Texas Education Agency guidelines. Ben Pape's earlier experience includes various logistics and budget roles in the U.S. Army, culminating as a Logistics and Budget Officer, where oversight was provided for a Battalion of 797 Soldiers. Ben Pape holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University–Central Texas and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science with Business Emphasis from Tarleton State University.
