Farah Gebusion

Farah Gebusion is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in physical therapy and clinical documentation. Currently serving as an EPIC ClinDoc Ancillary CT at Pascack Valley Medical Center since March 2019, Farah has also been a Physical Therapist at HackensackUMC at Pascack Valley since July 2013. Farah's extensive experience includes roles as Assistant Director of Physical Therapy, PT Supervisor, and Staff Physical Therapist at Jewish Home Lifecare from July 1992 to December 2012. Farah began a career in education as a faculty member at Cebu Doctors' College from 1989 to 1991 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Cebu Doctors' College between 1985 and 1988, following studies at Cebu City National Science High School from 1979 to 1983.
