Mike Harris

Mike Harris has extensive experience in leadership and safety management. Currently serving as Warehouse Lead at Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric since May 2020, Mike previously held the position of Compliance Safety Asset Protection Area Manager at Walmart from March 2004 to October 2019. In this role, Mike was responsible for managing and developing associates and leaders in Asset Protection, overseeing duty assignments, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing essential training and feedback to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
