Luiza Metzner

Luiza Metzner has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Paschoalotto since August 2012, where previous roles included Gerente de talentos e remuneração, Coordenadora de RH, and Analista de RH. Prior to this, Luiza worked as an Analista de RH at Dogma Recursos Humanos from January 2011 to August 2012. Luiza has pursued advanced education, including a Formação Executiva in Estratégia: Planejamento e Execução at Insper in June 2024, a Formação in Gestão de Projetos at Escola Conquer in August 2023, and a degree in Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas completed in 2015. Additionally, Luiza has studied at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 2005 to 2010 and is currently enrolled at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and Orgganica.
