Bruce S. Rosen

Bruce S. Rosen is a Partner at Pashman Stein Walder Hayden PC since February 2022 and has served as an Adjunct Professor teaching Mass Media Law at Rutgers Law School-Newark since 2002. Rosen has been a member of the NJ Law Journal Editorial Board since 1991 and was the Owner and managing Partner at McCusker, Anselmi, Rosen & Carvelli, PC from March 1996 to February 2022. Additionally, Rosen served on the ACLU of New Jersey Board from 2006 to June 2015 and worked as an Associate in litigation at Lowenstein Sandler from 1991 to 1996. Early in their career, Rosen held editorial positions with the New Jersey Law Journal and served as a Reporter for The Record from 1977 to 1986. Rosen holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law (1986) and a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service (1975), along with a BSFS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University (1975).
