Previously working at AmRest for over two decades, Wojciech held various key roles such as OPS Excellence Senior Manager, OPS Excellence Project Manager, OPS Services Project Manager, and Restaurant General Manager. Currently, Wojciech is the Head of Operational Excellence at Pasibus, where Wojciech focuses on developing, implementing, and communicating strategic priorities and operational initiatives for the brand. With a Master's degree from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, Wojciech is well-equipped to lead and support operations excellence initiatives within the organizations Wojciech works for.
