David Wolke

David Wolke has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David currently holds the position of Vice President of Asset Management at Passco Companies, LLC since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Investment Manager at the same company from June 2022 to September 2023.

Before joining Passco Companies, LLC, David worked at Greystar as a Senior Regional Property Manager from July 2017 to May 2022.

David also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Regional Director of Operations at Dhruti Hospitality LLC from October 2016 to July 2017. At Elmington Property Management, they served as a Regional Manager from October 2015 to September 2016, overseeing multiple properties and employing marketing strategies for each one.

David also held the position of Regional Manager at Middleburg Management, LLC from May 2015 to October 2015, where they focused on the operational and financial performance of communities in Tennessee.

Earlier in their career, David worked at Dhruti Hospitality LLC as an Area Director of Sales and Marketing/Revenue Manager/Regional Manager from August 2012 to May 2015, implementing sales and marketing efforts at two different properties.

David has also held Director of Sales and Marketing positions at Candlewood Suites® Hotels from October 2010 to August 2012 and at Sleep Inn and Suites from March 2010 to October 2010.

David started their career at Verizon Wireless as a Customer Service Representative from June 2009 to November 2009.

David Wolke received a degree in Human Resource from Western Kentucky University between 2006 and 2009. David also obtained a Marketing degree from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2004 to 2006.
