William Salom

William Salom possesses extensive experience in operations and production management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Passion Growers since June 2005, overseeing warehousing, receiving, production, and shipping while managing a workforce that ranges from 150 to 400 employees depending on the season. Prior to this role, William held positions as Production Manager at Passion Growers, where responsibilities included production programming and cost analysis, and as QA Inspector for Global Floral Resources Inc, where quality control programs were developed for HEB supermarkets in California and Miami. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Production at Vistaflor and Shipping and Receiving Manager at Carulla.
