Marciano Preciado

Head of Sensor Engineering at PassiveLogic

Marciano Preciado has been working in the engineering field since 2013. Marciano began as the President of Operations for FRC Team 5346 Atlas Engineering and then moved on to become a Sales Representative for Bulwark Pest Control in 2016. In 2016, they also became a Volunteer Peer Mentor for the University of Utah Department of Mechanical Engineering. Marciano then became a Volunteer Embedded-Systems Engineer for the University of Utah in 2016 and an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the University of Utah Sensing and Processing Across Networks Lab in 2017. In 2017, they also became the Make Space Director of Prototyping and Make Space Tool Mentor for the Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute - University of Utah. Lastly, they became the Head of Sensor Engineering, Staff Embedded Systems Engineer, and Embedded Systems Engineer for PassiveLogic in 2018.

Marciano Preciado attended the University of Utah from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
