Michael Pearson

Michael Pearson is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Founder of Cymrix, a cloud-based SaaS ransomware simulation platform, Michael has also held positions including Director of Cyber Operations at Passpoint Security and Chief Cyber Security Consultant at Relify Security. Previously, Michael was the Chief Information Security Officer at Red Clay Consulting, Vice President of Managed Services at CBI, and CISO at BlueWave Computing, where responsibilities included managing cybersecurity for over 500 clients. Earlier roles include Senior Principal Security Strategist at Symantec and CEO of ScannerX, specializing in automated vulnerability management. Michael's educational background includes an AA degree from Tallahassee State College and studies at Florida State University.
