Nicole de Palma

Nicole De Palma is an experienced professional in the field of speech-language pathology and dysphagia management. As the owner of NDoscopy Dysphagia Specialists since December 2018, Nicole provides mobile Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) services across New York and New Jersey, collaborating with various healthcare facilities to enhance the quality of life for individuals with dysphagia. Additionally, Nicole serves as President of Tracheostomy Education and a Clinical Consultant with Passy-Muir, where responsibilities include delivering clinical education to healthcare settings and participating in educational seminars nationwide. Previous roles include Director of Speech-Language Pathology at Bronx Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, as well as Barlow Respiratory Hospital.
