Heather Kellert

STEM Innovator, Hybrid Teacher, And Pirate Of Patterns at PAST Foundation

Heather Kellert is an experienced educator and STEM innovator with a strong background in mathematics education. Currently serving at PAST Foundation since May 2015, Heather focuses on program research and development, professional development design and delivery, and classroom teaching. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant and Academic Advisor at The Ohio State University, contributing to mathematics coach support and student management. Heather has also co-authored a digital geometry textbook at Kinetic Books Company, Inc. and taught various mathematics courses at Seattle Public Schools. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Mathematics Education from The Ohio State University, a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Washington.
