Conxi Matarredona has extensive experience in quality control and product development within the food industry. Currently serving as a Técnico de control de calidad at Pastas Gallo since May 2022, Conxi previously held the position of TECNICO I+D (Resp. Aplicaciones) at Farggi-La Menorquina from January 2009 to November 2021. Educational credentials include a CFGS in Processos i Qualitat en la Indústria Alimentària from Escola d'Hoteleria i Turisme de Barcelona (2013-2015) and a CFGM in Forneria, Pastisseria i Confiteria from the same institution (2011-2013).
