Joan Manel Tosas Vera

Joan Manel Tosas Vera currently serves as the production manager at Pastisart since August 2021. Previously, Joan Manel held the position of production chief at Europastry, where responsibilities included continuous improvement from June 2018 to the present. Joan Manel's educational background includes a training program in Lean tools for continuous improvement from Kaizen Institute in 2019, a Postgraduate degree in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2019, and a higher degree in Food Industries from E.C.A Tàrrega completed in 1998.
