Matt Hoch

Matt Hoch has extensive experience in the cosmetics industry, starting in 2005 as a photo assistant and retoucher for Alex Cao Photography. In 2007, they moved on to Timothy Hogan Photography, working as a photo assistant. From 2007 to 2014, they were a retoucher and creative at jcrew.com for J.Crew. In 2014, Matt joined BeautyCounter as a freelance retoucher and visual branding specialist. During that same year, they also started working at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics as a member of the Imagery & Color Standards team, where they stayed until November 2018. Finally, Matt's most recent role has been as the Director of Post Production at Pat McGrath Cosmetics since December 2018.

Matt Hoch attended Syracuse University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Photo Illustration.
