Rachel Kanter Kepnes

Rachel Kanter Kepnes holds extensive experience in supply chain social impact, with a current role as Senior Manager at Patagonia since October 2017, overseeing key initiatives such as the Regenerative Organic Certified program and the Fair Trade USA Factory Certification program. Previously, Rachel served as Manager of Social and Environmental Sustainability at Piece & Co., developing sustainability programs for an ethical fashion start-up. Additional professional experience includes roles at Social Accountability International, UN Women, Human Rights Watch, American Jewish World Service, and Tevel B'Tzedek. Rachel earned a Master of International Affairs with a focus on Human Rights from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Brown University.
