Sally Leon

Sally Leon is a highly experienced professional in product design, currently serving as Senior Product Designer at Patagonia since September 2024. Prior to this role, Sally held the position of Head of Technical Apparel & Equipment Design at Outerknown, leading sustainable product innovation and design processes. At PVH Corp., Sally managed global performance product design, focusing on continuous improvement and strategic planning. Previously, as Global Senior Design Lead at Patagonia, Sally significantly contributed to the company’s growth in the Outerwear category. Additional experience includes roles at Levi Strauss & Co., Nike, and Abercrombie & Fitch Co., all of which demonstrate a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability in apparel design. Sally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design with Business Studies from the University of Brighton and additional certifications in pattern making and product design.
