Theresita Richard

Theresita Richard currently serves as Chief People & Culture Officer at Patagonia and is a member of the Board of Directors at Out & Equal. With extensive experience in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion, Theresita previously held leadership roles at Capital One, including Managing Vice President of Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to that, Theresita was Senior Director of Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging at Nordstrom and held various positions at Starbucks, Target, The Home Depot, Propak Logistics, and Procter & Gamble. Theresita's educational background includes a BS in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an MA in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University.
