Josh Troy

Josh Troy is currently serving as the CFO at PatchRx, a medication adherence platform focused on enhancing patient outcomes, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Josh co-founded Urbint, where responsibilities included serving as both SVP of Business Operations and CFO from 2017 to May 2023, driving innovations in using real-world data and AI to improve critical infrastructure safety. Previous positions include VP of Finance at Spotad, Finance Director at CompStak®, Head of Finance at StreetEasy, and Senior Associate at KPMG US. Josh holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and has additional experience from Prague University of Economics and Business.
