Yvonne (Lai) Chan

Yvonne (Lai) Chan has worked in the Human Resources field since 2004. Yvonne began their career as a Human Resources Administrator at Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust, where they worked until 2006. Yvonne then moved to Kajima Europe as a Human Resources Advisor until 2008, when they joined Kajima Overseas Asia Pte Ltd as a Human Resources Executive. In 2010, they transitioned to Relish Broadband as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Manager, where they were responsible for providing resources and building relationships with the technical teams in the business. In 2017, they moved to UK Broadband as Head of People, with overall responsibility for the development, implementation and evaluation of HR Strategies and organisational development solutions. Yvonne currently serves as Head of People at Patchworks.

Yvonne (Lai) Chan attended Northumbria University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a BA(Hons) in Human Resources Management. Yvonne also completed the MCIPD at Northumbria University.
