Kamila Tomków is an account executive at Pathfinder 23. Kamila previously worked as an initiative operations leader at Procter & Gamble, a managerial intern in supply chain at Procter & Gamble, and a junior marketing specialist at OX Media.
Kamila has experience leading projects and coordinating changes that affect product supply, such as a product launch, artwork changes, compliance or cost-saving activities. Kamila has also worked with multi-functional team members to ensure all the activities of the initiative are completed on time and with excellence. In their previous role as a junior marketing specialist, Kamila was responsible for preparing brand, competition and target group analyses, creating BI and digital communication strategies, and implementing strategic points. Kamila has also coordinated their team's work and ensured all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Kamila Tomków has a MA in User Experience Design from Falmouth University and a degree in Events Management and Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire. Kamila also has certification in Professional Marketing and Principles of Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
