Ronald Gregory Tascarella

Ronald Gregory Tascarella has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Ronald Gregory started their career as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Community Bank, N.A. in 2006, where they performed credit analysis and prepared loan presentations. In 2008, they joined M&T Bank - Middle Market Commercial Banking as a Vice President and Relationship Manager. In this role, they managed and grew a $205 million loan portfolio, working with clients across various industries. In 2016, Tascarella joined Pathfinder Bank as a Vice President & Commercial Team Leader, responsible for business services, cash management solutions, and developing new business relationships. Ronald Gregory later served as a First Vice President & Sales Manager, overseeing multiple teams and participating in strategic planning meetings and loan committees. Currently, Tascarella holds the position of First Vice President & Chief Lending Officer at Pathfinder Bank, where they continue to contribute to the bank's management team and develop new business relationships.

Ronald Gregory Tascarella obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Economics from the State University of New York at Oswego in the years 2003 to 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management, completing their degree in the period between 2011 and 2014.
