Jean Mudende

Jean Mudende serves as the HR Manager at Pathfinder International since December 2019, focusing on the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures both locally and globally, as well as talent development and retention. Prior to this role, Jean worked at the Office Burundais des Recettes for over eight years as the Responsable de la Planification et du Développement organisationnel, where responsibilities included managing HR to foster organizational development and aligning HR strategy with business goals. Jean began a career as an Assistant de projet at Mida Burundi from August 2008 to July 2013. Educational qualifications include a Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM) from Global University of Sciences & Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Rural Economics from Université du Burundi.
