Nighat Lakhiar

Nighat Lakhiar is a seasoned professional in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEAL) with extensive experience across various organizations in the health and education sectors. Currently serving as the Manager Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning at Pathfinder International since August 2022, Nighat has previously held roles such as MEAL Manager at Integrated Health Services and District Monitor at the World Health Organization. Nighat's expertise encompasses developing M&E systems, conducting training, and executing assessments to enhance program functionalities. Educational qualifications include an M.Phil and a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Sindh. Nighat's career reflects a consistent commitment to improving health outcomes and educational initiatives through effective monitoring and evaluation strategies.
