Amy Harris

Amy Harris has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Amy currently works as a Development Engineer at Pathfinder Medical, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Oval Medical Technologies Ltd as a Device Development Engineer from September 2020 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the conceptual and detailed design of test rigs and fixtures, as well as the development of test methods and protocols. Amy also participated in DFMEA sessions and design reviews.

Before joining Oval Medical Technologies Ltd, Amy was a Junior Device Development Engineer at Oval Medical Technologies from July 2018 to August 2019. Amy gained experience in device development and contributed to projects during this time.

Amy has also worked as a Summer Daycamp Leader at YMCA Fairthorne Group in 2017 and 2016, where they looked after groups of children and organized outdoor activities as part of a summer program. Additionally, they worked as a Christmas Sales Assistant at Topshop Topman in 2016 and 2014, where they engaged with customers and assisted with stock management.

Overall, Amy has a solid background in engineering and has demonstrated their ability to work in diverse roles with different responsibilities.

Amy Harris completed their Bachelor's Degree in Product Design Engineering BEng from Loughborough University between 2016 and 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science - MSc in Engineering Management from the University of Portsmouth, starting in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Amy has obtained certifications including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Learning Lean in December 2021 and Statistical Tools for Medical Devices from Minitab in September 2021.
