Rikki Marler, MBA

Vice President Ad-Tech Partnership Sales at Pathformance

Rikki Marler, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Rikki most recently worked at Pathformance as the Vice President of Ad-Tech Partnership Sales starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at IRI as the Shopper Marketing Partnership Development Manager from January 2020 until March 2023. Before that, Rikki was a Senior Account Executive at IN Marketing from September 2017 to January 2020. Rikki also held the role of Client Services Team Lead at Lofty Labs from April 2016 to September 2017.

Rikki's experience also includes a significant role as the Chief Marketing Officer at JOYN, where they worked in a hybrid role in Northern India and the US. Rikki worked on developing and marketing products to generate income for the underprivileged. This role lasted from March 2011 to November 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at SMACK from February 2015 to March 2016 and as a Sales Manager at Therapon Skin Health from August 2014 to February 2015.

Earlier in their career, Rikki was a Marketing Planning and Strategy Team Lead at Meephone in 2010 and an Australian Queensland Government Professor at Xi'an Jiaotong University during the same year. Rikki also held the position of Marketing Project Coordinator at Milestone Leadership. During this time, they worked closely with Don Soderquist, the former COO of Walmart, to rebuild branding and marketing for the Soderquist Center. Rikki received a full fellowship to work and pursue their MBA during their time at Milestone Leadership from 2008 to 2010.

Rikki Marler, MBA, completed their education at John Brown University Graduate School from 2008 to 2010. During this period, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business. Prior to their postgraduate studies, Rikki Marler earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing from John Brown University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
