Jonathan Hildrey

Jonathan Hildrey has worked in various finance and accounting roles since 1987. Jonathan began their career at Deloitte & Touche, where they served as Supervisor and successfully qualified as a Chartered Accountant (UK equivalent of CPA). In 1991, they moved to Electra Aviation Limited as Financial Controller and developed a comprehensive reporting system for management and bankers. In 1993, they joined Smith Flow Control Ltd as Finance Director and was a key management team contributor in doubling annual revenues and tripling annual profits. From 2000 to 2004, they worked at Precitech as VP, Finance & Administration and was a key management team contributor in increasing the value of the company multiple times and selling to new owners. From 2004 to 2018, they worked at Janos Technology LLC as CFO and was a key management team contributor in delivering 20% CAGR revenue and 50% CAGR EBITDA over a 4-year period, successfully leading to the sale of the company. Jonathan then moved to LANDAUER in 2018 as Global Corporate Controller. Most recently, Jonathan has been working at LotLinx, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer since 2019 and at Pathlock as Chief Financial Officer since 2022.

Jonathan Hildrey has obtained a BA (Hons) and MA (Cantab) from the University of Cambridge in Computer Sciences, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance with merit from Durham University Business School, an FCA (CPA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England, and an Executive Education from Wharton Executive Education in 2022. Jonathan also obtained a Business Analytics: From Data to Insights Online Certificate Program from Emeritus in September 2022.
