Amy Young

Amy Young is an experienced data governance professional currently serving as an Enterprise Data Architect at Pathward since November 2022. With a strong background at Hilton from 2002 to 2022, Amy held various leadership roles, including Principal Data Governance Architect, where expertise in data curation and stewardship was demonstrated through the implementation of Hilton’s Data Catalog. Additional leadership positions at Hilton involved directing business architecture, data integration, and commercial services data management, all emphasizing the development and management of data analytics and governance frameworks. Earlier in Amy's career, experience included roles at New Horizons Memphis as an Applications Instructor and at Memphis Museum Systems as a Development Assistant, where a passion for data management was first cultivated. Amy holds a Bachelor's of Arts in English Language and Literature from The University of Memphis.
