Brett Pharr

Brett Pharr is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and risk management within the banking and financial services sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer at Pathward since September 2021, Brett previously served as the CEO of Meta Financial Group, Inc., where responsibilities included executive leadership of various divisions and membership on the Executive Committee of MetaBank. Brett's career includes critical roles at Citizens Bank, where a best practice risk organization was established, and Bank of America, where significant improvements in compliance and risk management were implemented. Brett holds an MBA from Bristol University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Freed-Hardeman University, along with an International Certificate in Banking Risk and Regulation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
