Heather Weir

Heather Weir has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily at Crestmark, a division of MetaBank. Currently serving as Account Executive 1 and Learning and Development Specialist – Assistant Vice President since 2016, Heather has successfully led the creation of the Learning and Development department in preparation for a significant company merger, while also launching an employee certification initiative to streamline onboarding processes. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2016, Heather held various roles including Team Leader (Operations) – Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic operations and managing team performance, as well as roles as Debtor Analyst and Client Analyst.
