Colleen Wille

Colleen Wille serves as Regional Director of Operations. In this role, she is responsible for managing the overall operation of the region—a commitment to meeting the resident's & team members and the investors' expectations.

Prior to joining Pathway, Colleen worked at Senior Lifestyle Corporation, Horizon Bay Senior Communities, and Gardant Management. She has over 27 years in the industry and in this time, her accomplishments include successfully opening newly-built communities, transitioning community operations of numerous acquisitions, and leading high-functioning, results-oriented teams.

Ms. Wille holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Illinois State University.
