Monique Scraper

Monique Scraper has extensive experience in strategic planning, fund development, communications, special events, fundraising, HR, finance, and general administration. Monique currently serves as the Executive Director at Pathways Adult Learning Center, Inc. and previously held the position of Chief Development Officer at HeartLine. Monique holds a Master of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Central Oklahoma.
